FAQ

What if you do not have the computer I need in stock?
Then you have two options. First, we can rebuild your existing computer or second, we will try to locate one for you and notify you how long your order will take to process.

Can I return my computer if it doesn’t work on my car?
The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is returned in original condition. The return will be subject to S&H charges as well as programming charges. It is up to you and/or your mechanic to make sure you diagnose your vehicle properly.

What happens if I do not return my old computer?
All parts are subject to a refundable core charge. If you do not have the old part or wish to keep it, then give us a call before your order.

How soon will I receive my new computer?
We ship FedEx ground M-F. Ground shipping delivery varies from 1-7 business days. Express options are available. Orders placed before 2pm EST will probably ship that same day. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.

Do I need to program my new computer?
Most parts we sell are plug and play. 1996 up computers will require programming. You must supply your VIN# for proper programming. Triple check the copy you make of your VIN# before you send in your order or email a close-up picture. Each part you receive will come with an explanation of what programming was done and any additional instructions.
